My guiding principle is to 'Help People' and that is first and foremost to me.  Be it customers or fellow agents.  While I have been a Real Estate Investor for more than two decades, I started in the real estate brokerage industry in 2016 and got my Broker's License in 2023.  I help clients with commercial & residential real estate transactions - sales and leasing - and also land sales.  I am adept at Real Estate Investments and have helped many clients build a portfolio with a steady passive income.  

 

I am a Life-Member of MENSA and my educational experience includes an MBA from the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia, focused on real estate and finance and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor (Go Blue!!!).  I also have several Real Estate related certifications and designations - GRI, CIPS, ABR, AHWD, PSA, RSPS to name a few. I am C2EX endorsed and am a graduate of the Class of 2022 from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.  I strongly believe in continuing education and strive to add at least one designation every year. In my previous professional life, I managed and grew my family business, went into management consulting and later held a senior level management position in the financial services industry.  I bring that same professional approach to my real estate career.  My job is not just to show houses and try to sell one quickly but be a consultant and a trusted adviser.  I like to spend time with my clients to understand their needs and wants and take a systemic approach to finding a property that not only meets their 'housing needs' but also is a financial asset that helps them with their long-term financial goals.  I strive to build lasting relationships and that hopefully leads to being a life-long professional friend in real estate - both for my clients and my peers.

 

I believe in giving back and being involved.  Within the community, I give back through Community First Village, Salvation Army, Coats for Kids, Central Texas Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity, especially during the last two months of the year when you will find me volunteering with one or the other of these organizations.  I also volunteer my time with and serve on various committees at the Austin Board of Realtors and Texas Realtors.  I have learnt a lot while serving on the Professional Standards Committee and encourage all to consider volunteering for the same.

 

I was honored to be the first recipient of the Ethics Award by the Austin Board of Realtors in 2021.  Additionally, I am the only Realtor in Central Texas to have been awarded the Five Star Professional Award in Real Estate for every year of service.  I am also a past recipient of the President's Volunteer Award by President Obama.
